When Knoxville Blooms!


For half a century, the Dogwood Arts Festival has celebrated the natural and cultural beauty of East Tennessee. The 2010 edition showcases our region's best visual and performing artists in a "blue jean to black tie" festival that has something for everyone! For the entire month of April, Dogwood's 50th anniversary will be commemorated in style, featuring a vibrant mix of blooming flowers and trees, fine art, crafts, theater, dance, Americana music, film and literary arts.

A world-class exhibition of large-scale outdoor sculptures enlivens downtown Knoxville.

Regional Fine Art Exhibition


Progressive emerging and professional regional artists exhibit their work in a variety of genres.

Market Square Art Fair


Downtown Knoxville is transformed into a lively street fair with high-quality arts and crafts booths, demonstrations, entertainment and festive food.

Rhythm 'N Blooms


Experience East Tennessee's historical and present role in Americana music with performances by a who's who of locally and nationally-renowned musicians.

Chalk Walk


Downtown sidewalks become the canvas for professional and student artists during this street painting festival.

Diva Luncheon


A much anticipated gathering of the area's finest women in business and community leadership featuring a wearable art fashion show. With the theme of "We've Got a Shoe Attitude" guests enjoy "kicking up their heels" at this annual luncheon.

A Very Special Arts Festival


An inspiring mini-festival where children with mental and physical challenges celebrate the arts.

Dogwood Parade


Bloom, bloom, bloom is the heartbeat of downtown Knoxville when marching bands, decorated floats, helium balloons, clowns and street performers march down Gay Street in celebration of the five decades of Dogwood.

Walk, jog or sprint through the streets of downtown Knoxville in this family-friendly race.

Bikes and Blooms


Experience the Dogwood Trails the lean, green way - on a bicycle by way of an organized or self-guided ride.
